Technology Triage Specialist
Ben comes to Rea with an abundance of experience within the IT field. Prior to joining Rea & Associates, he worked for Good Place Holdings, Xerox, Burroughs LLC, and the US NAVY. Ben is a hardworking, adaptable, and ambitious professional with strong problem solving skills. He holds an Associate’s degree in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University and is working towards his bachelor’s degree as well. At Rea, Ben receives help desk tickets and assigns them to the proper technicians while also helping solve issues remotely.
In Ben’s personal time, you can find him hiking, being a green thumb, playing DnD and other video games, and spending time with his family.
