Michael has several years experience working for MSP’s, and personally enjoys the day to day complexity and challenges in IT support. He feels a real and genuine sense of fulfillment that comes with breaking down a problem, laying out a plan, and resolving the issue promptly and efficiently. He enjoys relating things back to clients and customers, has a knack for finding analogies and layman’s terms to help users understand what the problems really are and how we are going to fix them. In his personal time, Michael enjoys spending time with his daughters and restoring classic cars.
