Unlimited support means exactly that. In most cases we are able to resolve problems and meet the needs of our clients quickly, though in more difficult situations, we do not stop until we know the problem is fixed and our client is satisfied.
We charge on an ‘hours worked’ basis – there are no ongoing contracts. This means that we are standing by to provide remote or on-site support immediately at any time of day, and you only pay for what you receive.
