Jeff is the founder and president of ARCIS. With over 23 years of top level IT management experience, and being a Microsoft certified systems engineer (MCSE) Jeff is able to view the company's services from both a customer's and a supplier's perspective, which enables him to spearhead continuous improvements upon our offerings. His style is direct and down to earth, yet very analytical. Jeff takes a personal interest in every client and project that comes through his doors. You can be sure that your projects will be on time, on budget and will achieve your desired outcome with Jeff at the helm.
Title: Director, Client Engagement
Eric Yoder has 10+ years of running Stone Wheel Technologies, Ltd, in supporting small businesses in and around Holmes County. He enjoys interacting with clients, listening to their needs and designing solutions that increase productivity and efficiency. While servicing a variety of clients over the past 10 years, he has accumulated a broad knowledge of many different systems used by small businesses including Microsoft Active Directory, IP Phones, wired and wireless networking as well as supporting several vendor specific applications. Eric trys to put himself in the client's shoes so that he can find what works best. He is a strong problem solver that relies on his experiences, information available over the internet, and the ARCIS team to benefit clients. Eric's personality and communication with clients make it easy to get along with him.
Title: Accounting and Bookkeeping
Sherry has a large pool of experience to pull from to help ARCIS handle accounting and bookkeeping functions. Previous to ARCIS Sherry handled accounting and bookkeeping for a security firm and owned her own small business. Her organization, attention to detail and focus helps bring order to our administrative and accounting functions. Sherry strives to get the job done in a timely manner and works hard to make sure our clients and employees have the accounting support they need to succeed.
Title: Administrative Assistant
Emily fulfills a vital role at ARCIS as our Administrative Assistant. Although much of what she does is accomplished behind the scenes, Emily’s unique brand of cheerfulness is apparent, especially when she is greeting ARCIS callers. Emily is in her element when presented with a new challenge, especially one that calls upon the use of her many creative talents. She likes to exercise her creativity in other ways, primarily through photography and painting. Emily majored in Interior Design and minored in Marketing at Kent State University. When she joined the company in the Fall of 2016, her education and her experience in customer service, retail, and sales environments made her a great fit for the work she enthusiastically accomplishes at ARCIS.
Title: Senior Network Engineer
Dennis has a strong background in Windows server environments, implementation of VMware environment, system optimization/security and management of backup/disaster recovery systems. Prior to coming on board with ARCIS, he managed a medium-sized corporate network with multiple servers and technologies. Highly focused and driven, Dennis works quickly and efficiently to resolve issues in order to keep customers up and running. Our clients like working with him because he provides status updates throughout the process. Dennis holds an Associates Degree of Applied Computer Science from Stark State College of Technology and is a VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
Title: Managed Services Lead Technician
Sam has over 25 years experience in customer service and business administration, and over 6 years experience in the IT field as a help desk technician and systems administrator. Sam has an AAB in Business Management from Stark State College of Technology, and a BS in Technology from Kent State University. Sam enjoys outdoor activities with his family and helping his wife homeschool their children. Sam enjoys the "puzzle solving" aspect of working in IT, and his desire to help people and find ways to ensure IT functions run smoothly makes him an important part of our team at ARCIS.

Tyler started with ARCIS as one of our technicians in our Massillon office. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Malone University, but made a transition to the IT field of Networking. He has always had a huge interest in technology and was always considered to be the “tech consultant” in his family. Tyler was born and raised in Wayne County, and now lives in Canton. He enjoys sports and games of all kinds, travelling, and hanging out with friends and family as often as possible. Tyler does a great job working side-by-side with customers to create solutions that are both efficient and practical for everyone.

Audrey joined ARCIS as a technical specialist in the summer of 2016. She has an AAB in Computer Information Systems - Cisco Networking from the University of Akron. Audrey enjoys working directly with clients to ensure that their computer systems and business networks run smoothly and efficiently. In her spare time, Audrey listens to music from a variety of genres, likes to play tennis, and appreciates a good book. Her friendly disposition makes it a pleasure to work with her whether she is helping ARCIS clients or interacting with co-workers.

Tom’s professional background spans across both the public and private sectors, including network administration services, helpdesk support, and customer service. As the former owner of a technology business, his experience in providing technology services and support to small to medium sized businesses is of great benefit to ARCIS and our clients. Tom holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Akron in Electronic Engineering Technology. In addition to his degree, he is compTIA certified in A+, Network+, Security + and Linux+. He is also Microsoft MPC certified. Tom enjoys participating in community through church based activities. He knows the definition of karaoke but is fond of singing it anyway. Some hobbyists like to build better, faster, more streamlined cars and motorcycles, for Tom, it’s computers. He hopes that his enthusiasm for technology is as apparent and contagious as his passion for setting ARCIS clients at ease by being approachable and knowledgeable.
